Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
Judge My Fridge sells one digital product: the Full Report, delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF. This policy explains when we give refunds. It is operated by Prestige Worldwright Pty Ltd.
Instantly delivered digital goods
Because the Full Report is generated and delivered to you immediately, purchases are generally final once the report has been produced and made available for download.
If something goes wrong, we refund you
If your report fails to generate, is not delivered, or does not work as described, we will refund you in full. Just email hello@judgemyfridge.com with the email address you paid from (or your Stripe receipt) and a short note about what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Your consumer rights, wherever you are
We sell worldwide, and your local consumer laws still apply. Nothing in this policy takes away any mandatory right you have under the laws of your own country or state. Whatever those rights are, they stand.
In Australia, our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. In the United Kingdom and the European Union, digital content must be as described and of satisfactory quality under local consumer law. In the United States and Canada, your rights vary by state or province and are not affected by this policy. In every case, if the report is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
Because the report is created and delivered the moment you pay, you are asking us to start straight away. Where the law gives a short cooling-off or cancellation window for online purchases, such as in the UK and EU, that window does not apply once your report has been generated, because you have already received the product. This does not affect your right to a refund if something is faulty or not as described, which we honour everywhere.
