Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use judgemyfridge.com (the “Site”), operated by Prestige Worldwright Pty Ltd. Judge My Fridge is a comedy novelty service. We collect as little as possible.

The photo you upload

When you submit a photo of your fridge, it is sent to an artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate your comedy verdict or report, and is then discarded. We do not store your photo on our servers, we do not build a profile of you from it, and we do not sell it. Your verdict card and report are generated in your own browser.

Payments

If you buy the Full Report, your payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded and basic order information needed to deliver your report and handle refunds. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

If you join the mailing list

Joining the Clerk’s Register is entirely optional and is the only time we keep anything about you. If you choose to enter your email address, we store it so we can email you occasional updates, such as new episodes and reminders to judge your fridge again. We do not sell it, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to remove you at any time at hello@judgemyfridge.com. Not joining has no effect on your verdict or report.

What we do not do

We do not require an account. We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data. The Site does not set marketing cookies.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing of your photo), and Railway (hosting). Each only receives what it needs to perform its function.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Because we do not keep your photo or build an account, there is very little stored about you. If you have a question about your information or a purchase, email us at hello@judgemyfridge.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
